Fill the small bowls with the marinated olives and cherry chutney. Place the Vincent Where Gouda Meets Parm onto the board along with the filled bowls — followed with small clusters of walnuts and tarallini in any open spaces. Garnish with fragrant sprigs of rosemary.
This board is quick to whip up, but don’t let it fool you, the flavor and big and bold when naturally paired with a Pinot Noir. Sweet, tart, and creamy.
